Hypnotherapy Treatments in Whitstable
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses a trance-like state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility to help individuals achieve positive changes in their lives.
During a hypnotherapy session, you will be guided into a relaxed state, during which I will be using techniques such as direct suggestion and visualisation to be able to address a range of deep-rooted issues, such as stress and pain management, longstanding phobias, negative thought patterns and habits.
Hypnotherapy facilitates a dialogue with the subconscious mind, helping the patient to reframe their negative thoughts and behaviours.
Used alongside traditional medical and psychological treatments, hypnotherapy offers a holistic approach to healing and personal development, harnessing the power of the mind to bring about positive change.
Treatments
All treatments are set at £60 per session, for adults.
I also offer sessions for children, ages 6 years onwards, £50 per session.

Each session will be tailored to your needs and is different for every client. I will give you practical tools to manage your anxiety on a day to day basis, so you will be in charge of your anxiety, and not the anxiety being in charge of you.

Confidence Building

Hypnotherapy helps build your confidence by breaking down any negative beliefs you have about yourself, to focus on your positives and strengths to give you back your confidence and control. I will help you do this by relaxing you so that we can go directly into your subconscious mind to make positive changes.
